"To run 3 marathon distances consecutively - Is it for maniacs only?"

Such we have been asked very often when talking about this event.
But for various runners of ultras it is a real great challenge - because this you do not
find often in the relevant runners' schedules. Nevertheless it will be possible to run
sections only.

This event will start in Eelde/The Netherlands (Groningen) - Wardenburg's twin town
- and will finish in Wardenburg/Germany (Oldenburg).

Compared to common events which often consist of one circuit with one or several
laps, this will be a totally different logistic challenge for the organization team. We
want to offer all participants an unforgettable event launched with real commitment
from runners for runners.

We want this event to take place regularly (annually). In order to keep the costs
within a limit we forbear from expensive advertising with flyers etc. Thus we would
be glad, if you could support our event by informing your pals keen on running.

For execution:

We start afterwards at the Fr. 13.07.12 around 16:00 clock with the edition of the start documents, go it to a Carboloading and then driving we with the touring bus in the proximity of Eelde and our sports hall in Borchkwartier Eelderwoldaim.

On the next morning then clock starts the common breakfast starting from 03:45. Afterwards the sleep things, change clothes and other in the bus are stowed away and afterwards effected around 05:00 clock the 1st start at the local Eelde. The 2nd start takes place then around 10:45 clock in Blijham and the 3rd start around 17:00 clock in ester ways.

The touring bus is at all target/initial positions for order around e.g. personal clothes to change, or in addition, for runners the one stage suspend, in addition, for those, which know on the way problems to get and now no more running.

Final target is then Wardenburg, the bus is available with the implements and it the possibility for showering and moving is ordered then here. The award ceremony takes place then very time near - presumably against midnight.
